Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Magic Key Access Card for your key card duplication needs. We value your satisfaction and want you to be completely happy with your purchase. Please read this Return and Refund Policy carefully.

1. Returns We accept returns within 7 days of the date of delivery if the key cards are damaged or defective. To be eligible for a return, the key cards must be in their original condition and packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and a description of the issue. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the key cards to us.

2. Refunds Once we receive your returned key cards, we will inspect them to ensure they meet our return criteria. If the return is approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days.
   
   
3. Non-Returnable Items We do not accept returns for key cards that have been used or damaged due to misuse, abuse, or negligence.
   
   
4. Shipping Costs Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Please note that this Return and Refund Policy applies only to key cards purchased through Magic Key Access Card. If you purchased key cards from a third-party retailer, please refer to their return and refund policy.
